The key to developing our New Online Bed Store has been to build it on old-fashioned values from everyone involved in the business; delivery, sales, clerical staff and the management team, to ensure that the customer is always put first.
Customers are much more sophisticated in their purchasing and are not prepared to put up with second rate service coupled to extended delivery dates. We at TJ Warehouse Direct are one of the few independent bed specialists in the N.Ireland and as such are very selective in choosing whose beds and Furniture to stock.
With our local warehouse means we are normally able to deliver quickly from stock within 3 to 5 working days or even the same day in exceptional circumstances. If a bed has to be ordered specially, leading manufacturers are normally able to deliver within 2 to 3 weeks.
The majority of our clientele have previously bought beds from us or have been recommended by previous customers a testimony to our operation.

Some mattresses – will arrive vacuum packed. Please do not open to inspect if the goods are incorrect. There will be clear identification seen through the packaging. Please note that for reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange opened mattresses or Divan Bases unless they are faulty. Unopened or faulty mattresses however can be returned to us through our 7 Day No Quibble Refund policy below.
At TJ Warehouse Direct, we always strive to ensure customer satisfaction and are 100% certain that you will be delighted with your purchase. However in the unlikely event you should want to return an item to us we are pleased to offer all customers our 7 Day No Quibble Refund. With our 7 Day No Quibble Refund you have 7 days in which to decide to keep your ordered items or return them to us for a refund.
This meets all online retailers’ legal obligations to customers under the European Directive on distance selling (which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). The regulations state that our customers have the unconditional right to cancel orders within 7 days of delivery without having to give us a reason. Please note: the 7 days start from the day after you receive your goods. Please note some goods are excluded for the 7 day Refund e.g. (Hand Made Bespoke Headboards, All Super King items such as, Headboards, beds, mattresses, Bed Frames etc.) These items are not classed as standard items and have to be ordered especially for the customer.
Should you wish to return your items in accordance with this regulation we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods. Please note that the buyer is always responsible for the carriage costs involved in the return of goods – this cost is £40 per item returned. This charge will be deducted from any refund processed. Transporting large goods carefully is expensive and we respectfully request that customers make themselves aware of these potential charges before purchasing.
We will credit your card with the net refund within 30 days of us receiving the returned items back. In order for us to provide a refund, all goods must be with the original packaging. Please see our full terms and conditions on each site for further details.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS (a) THE GOODS ARE PACKAGED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ARE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION (b) THE GOODS ARE ACCOMPANIED BY A FULLY COMPLETED RETURNS FORM WHICH MUST BE PLACED IN AN ENVELOPE AND AFFIXED TO ONE OF THE BOXES.
